Also, Jimbos, from what I've read served as the little restaurant that Tubbs and Crockett pull up to in Miami Vice. The episode was called Glades. This was suposed to take place somewhere deep in the everglades but,in reality was in Miami.

This was the place of Crockett's houseboat on the Miami Vice tv show. This, of course, was before it was a mall and just a marina.

I had the most fabulous experience ther, and wasn't "back in the day." Last Sunday I went in with my family, and there was a fishing tournament that was just finishing up. My kids were in awe of the 30lb fish (Wahoo, I think) being weighed in! Then we went inside and had a blast. The kids danced to the band, while my wife and I sipped frozen drinks and watched the boats go by. This is much more than just a restaurant.
